HRSupport Inc. offers free coronavirus vaccination services to government organizations within the United States. Our company has provided free COVID-19 tests for governmental bodies across the country. To date, our organization has tested more than 1.3 million participants — every day this number increases by tens of thousands.
We administer Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccines. Please note that due to government guidance we are pausing the administration of Johnson & Johnson vaccines at this time.
In close cooperation with state and local government health agencies, HRSupport has developed an efficient workflow and testing process that keeps clinical protocols at a high standard. As vaccinations roll out for the general public, we offer the same efficiency and clinical system with our Coronavirus / COVID-19 vaccination & testing sites.
HRSupport Inc. offers a flexible site design compatible and safe for both indoor and outdoor operations. Our proven site design and workflow is fully compliant with CDC record-keeping and clinical guidelines. The exact layout of the site may be dependent on the vaccination site location offered by each hosting organization.
Our vaccination sites also offer free testing for all participants. We encourage all participants to undergo COVID-19 testing due to vaccination side effects that could be misinterpreted for COVID -19 symptoms.
HRSupport offers a highly skilled workforce with intensive experience in COVID-19 safety and clinical protocols developed under months of experience. Our vaccination site employees include experienced nurse practitioners who are on site supervising and advising participants and staff. Medical assistants administer the vaccinations and observe clients within the observation pods, ensuring each participant’s health and safety. Our greeters create an informed and professional environment for new participants. Phlebotomists offer testing while customers wait in the observation pods. Data entry staff assist with vaccination and testing registration in full compliance with CDC reporting standards.
On-site safety protocols are in place for anaphylactic reactions and other medical emergencies. At least one nurse practitioner is on site at all times to address participants medical concerns or questions regarding the vaccine and/or testing. The safety protocol mandates that any staff member reports any unusual reaction from participants to the nurse practitioner. Our nurse practitioners are equipped with epinephrine pens, pulse oximeters, and other emergency medical equipment at their disposal to aid in any adverse reaction and will contact local medical services if deemed necessary.
Our logistical infrastructure is prepared to transport and refrigerate both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. Refrigeration is available at all sites.
HRSupport has experience working with medical needs in locations with populations who have a wide range of language backgrounds. We address language barriers by distributing information in each area’s prevalent languages, using our onsite tablets with internet access to translators, and by staffing members of a site team who are bilingual in the relevant used languages in a community. Written instructions are available to those that may experience hearing loss.
HRSupport does not determine who gets or is eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination. Our role is to provide free COVID-19 testing and vaccination services on-site, administered by our experienced staff, to recipients determined by health authorities.
The criteria for who can get a vaccine and the availability of vaccine doses changes often. For the most current information about vaccination eligibility, visit your state and county health agency websites.
